Juvenile arrested following traffic stop

On June 16, at approximately 1:41 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies performed a traffic stop in the 7,000 block of North IL Route 2.  After investigation, deputies arrested a 16-year old male juvenile for no valid driver’s license.  The male juvenile was also cited for speeding and later released on an I-Bond.
On June 16, at approximately 6:49 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies along with the Polo Police Department responded to the 16000 block of West Illinois Route 52 for a single vehicle in the ditch.  After an investigation it was learned that Arthur J. Zacharias, 29, of Mt Carroll, was driving westbound on Illinois Route 52 when his vehicle entered the ditch. Zacharias charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlawful parking, improper lane usage, driver’s license expired more than a year.  Zacharias was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he is being held in lieu of bond.
On June 15, at approximately 1:40 p.m., deputies responded to 306 Errett Road, Rochelle, in reference to possible underage drinking. After a short investigation deputies arrested Caleb L. Wilson, 20, of Mendota, Kendall A. Yeruski, 19, of Peru, and Anna K. Peters,  19, of LaSalle, for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
On June 16, the following people were arrested on outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Tyrus Sandoval, 52, of Mt. Morris, for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Sandoval posted the $3,000/10 percent bond and was released from the Ogle County Jail with a court date of July 12 at 9 a.m.

John Strader, 31, of Nelson, for driving while license revoked ($10,000/10 percent) and failure to appear ($1,959.77). Strader remains in the Ogle County Jail and was scheduled to appear in court June 17.
Caleb Fuller, 43, of Dixon, for failure to appear wit a bond of $297 full cash. Fuller remains in the Ogle County Jail and was scheduled to appear in court June 17.

On June 17, the following people were arrested for Ogle County outstanding warrants:
Karl A. Munda, 36, of Shannon, for domestic battery warrant. Munda had a bond of $3,000/10 percent. Munda posted the $3,000/10 percent bond and was released from the Ogle County Jail. Munda will return to court on July 12 at 9 a.m.
Alex R. Gonzalez, 24, of Hillcrest, for failure to appear. Gonzalez posted his $100 bond and was released from the Ogle County jail. Gonzalez has to return for court on July 29 at 9 a.m.
Zachery M. Sanders, 30, of Rockford, for failure to appear. Sanders had a $386 bond. Sanders recieved a $1,000 recognizance bond from the judge and was released from the Ogle County Jail. Sanders has to return on July 29 at 9 a.m.
Margeret L. Burfield, 30, of Rockford, for suspended driver’s license. Burfield was given a $3,000 recognizance and was released from the Ogle County Jail. Burfield has to return to court on July 8 at 9 a.m.
