On Nov. 28 at 8 a.m., a 17-year-old male, of Rochelle, was cited for speeding in a school zone. He posted an I-bond.
On Nov. 29 at 8:15 a.m., Rochelle police arrested a 15-year-old female, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. She was transported.
On Nov. 29 at 9:34 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Conor Smith, 19, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He was transported to jail.
On Nov. 29 at 9:47 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Juan Salinas, 41, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He was transported to jail.
On Nov. 30 at 3:09 a.m., Rochelle police cited Jimmy Rowe, 42, of Danville, for depositing material on a highway.
