On Jan. 4 at 8:29 a.m., Rochelle police cited Barbara Price, 44, of Rochelle, for operation of an uninsured vehicle. She posted a promise to comply.
On Jan. 4 at 1:12 p.m., Rochelle police arrested David Etherton, 54, of Rochelle, for aggravated battery – two counts, criminal damage to state supported property and criminal damage to property following an incident at the laundromat located on South Main St. and First Ave. After being treated at Rochelle Community Hospital he was transported to jail where he remains on a $20,000 bond.
