On Sept. 6 at 7:56 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Amanda Skrede, 24, of Rochelle, on a DeKalb County warrant. She posted $375 bond.
On Sept. 7 at 11:43 p.m., Rochelle police cited a 17-year-old male of Loves Park for speeding. He posted an I-bond.
