On April 10 at 8:06 a.m., Rochelle police cited Raul Guzman, 33, of Oswego, for speeding in a school zone. He posted an I-bond.
On April 10 at 8:10 p.m., Rochelle police cited Travis Burns, 23, of DeKalb, for disobeying a stop sign. He posted a promise to comply.
On April 10 at 11:11 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Kimberly Rice, 29, of Sandwich, for unlawful use of intoxicating compound.
On April 11 at 3:44 p.m., Rochelle police arrested John Newsom, 43, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He was transported to jail.
