OREGON – On Sept. 1 at 2:29 a.m. deputies located a silver Saturn sedan stuck in the ditch of the 8,700 block of North Illinois Route 2. It was determined the vehicle had driven off the edge of the parking lot and become stuck in the ditch while turning around. After an investigation, Roger L. Henson, 72, of Byron was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Henson was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

On Sept. 1 deputies arrested Billy Scott, 30, of Rockford for driving while license revoked. Scott was arrested by deputies on Interstate 39 near Illinois Route 64 after being stopped for speeding. Scott was held in lieu of bond at the Jail.

On Sept. 2 at approximately 1:16 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of East North Park Drive for the report of a disturbance. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Erik A. Guglielmi, 37, of Byron, for driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Guglielmi was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held with no bond.

On Sept. 2 at approximately 9:34 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 39 near mile marker 104 southbound. After investigation, deputies issued Amber Talab, 41, of Rochelle an I-Bond for driving while license suspended and she was given a future court date. Talab was additionally issued a citation for speeding.

On Sept. 2 at approximately 11:36 p.m. deputies performed a traffic stop on Interstate 39 northbound at mile marker 104. After investigation, deputies issued Raul Perez-Crisostomo, 38, of Streamwood an I-Bond for no valid driver's license and he was given a future court date. Perez-Crisostomo was also issued a citation for speeding.
