Adams, 37, of Rochelle was arrested for two counts of driving under the influence and cited for no insurance, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driver’s license expired less than one year and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Jan. 21.

ROCHELLE — On Dec. 24 at 1:49 p.m. Travis L. Adams, 37, of Rochelle was arrested for two counts of driving under the influence and cited for no insurance, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driver’s license expired less than one year and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Jan. 21.
On Dec. 26 at 3:46 p.m. Dawn F. Ramirez, 54, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 48 m.p.h. in a 30-m.p.h. zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Feb. 4.
On Dec. 26 at 11:09 p.m. Hipolito Xelhua Montes, 36, of Rochelle was arrested for two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and cited for leaving the scene of an accident and driving on the sidewalk. He posted $100 and his driver’s license and was given a Jan. 21 Rochelle court date.
On Dec. 26 at 7:46 p.m. Donte Martin, 34, of Rockford was arrested for aggravated fleeing to elude, driving under the influence, driving while license suspended and cited for disobeying a stop sign and transferred.
