On Dec. 27 at 9:50 p.m. James T. Poe, 25, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Feb. 4 Rochelle court date.
On Dec. 28 at 9:28 p.m. Eric C. Montero, 32, of Cortland was cited for no insurance. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Feb. 4 Rochelle court date.
