ROCHELLE — On Jan. 18 at 3:37 p.m. a 16-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license. He was released on a promise to comply.
On Jan. 19 at 11:07 a.m. David A. Price, 32, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and an outstanding Woodford County warrant and transferred.
On Jan. 19 at 9:49 p.m. Justin N. Balaban, 28, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and an outstanding Winnebago County warrant and transferred.
On Jan. 20 at 1:34 a.m. Jessica Hernandez, 22, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence and cited for speeding and no insurance. She was released on an I-Bond and given a Feb. 25 Rochelle court date.
On Jan. 20 at 4:06 a.m. Sergio Villegas, 34, of Rockford was cited for speeding 51 m.p.h. in a 30-m.p.h. zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 25 Rochelle court date.
On Jan. 20 at 3:10 p.m. Aaron I. Esparza, 28, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on a promise to comply and given a Feb. 25 Rochelle court date.
On Jan. 20 at 11:56 p.m. Ellen M. Willis, 42, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.
