ROCHELLE — On June 1 at 7:36 a.m. a 17-year-old female juvenile of Rochelle was cited for an improper turn. She was given an I-Bond and a Rochelle court date of July 2.
On June 2 at 2:24 a.m. Marcos D. Coyomani, 24, of Rochelle was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of July 2. During the same stop, Sylver S. Johnson-Kirksy, 24, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of July 2.
On June 2 at 5:37 a.m. Bryan A. Contreras, 22, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of July 2.
On June 2 at 6:45 a.m. Peter W. Zimmerman, 40, of Louisville, Ohio was cited for improper lane usage. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of July 2.
On June 2 at 10:10 a.m. Antonio Rocha-Chavez, 50, of Rochelle was arrested for retail theft. He paid $100 and was given an Ogle County court date of July 2.
