On Nov. 16 at 3:46 p.m., Rochelle police cited Erik Godar, 18, of Rochelle, for speeding. He posted a promise to comply.
On Nov. 16 at 8:55 p.m., Rochelle police cited Sonya Gallegos-Kooten, 48, of Rochelle, for disobeying a stop sign.
On Nov. 16 at 9:11 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Mario Reynosa-Montalvo, 21, of Rochelle, on a Rockford Police Department warrant and cited for disobeying a stop sign. He posted $150 on the warrant charge and promise to comply on the traffic violation.
