On April 15 at 1:51 a.m., Gregory R. Folmar, 34, of Rochelle, was stopped by Illinois State Police for improper lane usage on Sixth Ave. at Sixth St. in Rochelle and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, and improper lane usage. Folmar posted his driver’s license and was released on an I-bond.
Brooke A. Lurz, 27, of Peru, was stopped on April 15 at 1:32 p.m. on Interstate 39 southbound at milepost 100 by Illinois State Police. After a routine registration check revealed the registered owner had a suspended driver’s license. Lurz was charged with driving while license suspended and released on an I-bond.
