ROCHELLE — Due to decreased demand, Rochelle Community Hospital has announced that effective Monday, June 29, COVID-19 Triage Line hours will be reduced to three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Non-emergent COVID-19 questions will be addressed by calling 815-561-8829 and an RCH nurse will assist you. Callers will have the ability to leave a message and the call will be returned during the triage line hours of operation.
The hospital’s COVID-19 Triage Line was introduced on March 19 to answer questions, provide screening and refer patients for COVID-19 testing if indicated.
The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) COVID-19 hotline is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. by calling 1-800-889-3931.
