On July 9, at 12:11 p.m., Rochelle Police cited Randy L. Flock, 60, of Roscoe, for passing a school bus. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Aug. 16.
On July 10, at 12:19 p.m., Rochelle Police cited Jessica L. Morris, 32, of Rochelle, for passing a school bus. She posted I-bond, her court date is set for Aug. 16.
On July 10, at 2:14 p.m., Rochelle Police cited Lara Amor, 39, of Rochelle, for speeding. She issued a promise to comply. Her court date is set for Aug. 16.
On July 11, at 11:24 a.m., Rochelle Police arrested Sharrell F. Humphreys, 26, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. She posted $196 bond.
On July 11, at 12 p.m., Rochelle Police cited Victor A. Castillo, 32, of Manchester, New Hampshire, for disobeying a traffic control device. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Aug. 16.
