On Dec. 25 at 2:32 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Hugo Belmonte, 37, of Rochelle, on two counts of domestic battery. He was transported to jail.
On Dec. 27 at 1:51 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Paul Garner, 31, of Rochelle, for domestic battery. He was transported to jail.
