Woman arrested for disorderly conduct

On Jan. 15 at approximately 11 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 1190 Mongan Dr. in Oregon for a report of an out of control individual. After further investigation, Audrey M. Mongan,22, of Oregon, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Mongan was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she is being held in lieu of bond.
On Jan. 16 the following were arrested for outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Heather Lent, 24, of Rochelle, for Possession of Controlled substance, and Possession of stolen credit cards. Lent had a bond of $5,000 (10 percent) and $15,000 (10 percent). Lent did not post bond and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 17.

Jimmy Rabelo, 36, of DeKalb, for Domestic Battery, and contempt of court with a bond of $5,000 (10 percent) and $2,456. Rabelo was given a recognizance bond of $5,000 and $1,000. Rabelo was released and will return to court on Feb. 7 for both cases.
Xzavier Parker, 25, of Deforest, Wis., for failure to appear with a bond of $564.Parker did not post bond and will remain in the Ogle County Jail. Parker was scheduled to return to court Jan. 17.
On Jan. 16 at approximately 9:30 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a vehicle in the ditch in the 7000 block of East Flagg Road. After an investigation Donald E. Whaley, 42, of Ashton, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Whaley was taken into custody and transported to the Ogle County Jail where he is being held in lieu of bond.
On Jan. 16 at 7:43 p.m., deputies responded to the area of IL Route 38 and Mulford Road for a vehicle in the ditch. After a short investigation, deputies arrested Austin Loyd, 21, of DeKalb, for DUI and reckless driving. He also received citations for improper passing, improper lane use, possession of cannabis, failure to notify Secretary of State of address change, and no insurance. Loyd was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
