Ogle County deputies responded to a domestic dispute in the 400 block of Davis Drive in Leaf River. After a short investigation Victoria L. Myers, 58, of Mt. Morris, was placed under arrest for Domestic Battery. She was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond where she was placed into the custody of the correctional officers.
On March 23 at 10:25 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of N. River Road stemming from a driving complaint. After a short investigation deputies arrested Michael S. Topp, 28, of Sterling, for DUI alcohol. Topp also received citations for Failure to Signal, Improper Lane Use, Driving on Shoulder, No Insurance and No Seat Belt. Topp was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
