On July 20 at 12:31 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies, along with Stillman Valley ambulance responded to the intersection of Kishwaukee Road at McCormick Road. for the report of a two vehicle accident. It was determined that a 2005 Nissan Maxima driven by Nicole Voth, 20, of Stillman Valley, had rear ended another vehicle while it was trying to conduct a right hand turn. Voth was cited for Failure to reduce speed to prevent an accident. Both parties refused medical treatment. The Nissan Maxima was towed by D&W out of Byron, and the other vehicle was removed.
On July 21 the following individuals were arrested on Outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Brooks Kelly, 39, of Rochelle, for Failure to Appear. Kelly received a recognizance bond for his $750 full cash bond and will appear back in court on Aug. 30.
