ROCHELLE — City of Rochelle Public Works Director Tim Isley has announced a road closure in the 800 block of North 6th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue for a stormwater repair. The closure will start on Monday, June 17. This project is expected to be completed by Friday, June 21, depending on weather conditions. Driveway access within the work zone may be limited during this time.
To ensure public safety, advance warnings, barricades, detours, and other temporary traffic control devices will be strategically placed near the affected area. Motorists are advised to exercise caution while traveling in this vicinity and adhere to all posted signage and traffic control measures.
