On Aug. 6 at approximately 2:20 p.m. Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Paul A. Conti, 40, of Rochelle. The arrest was in continuation of the search warrant that was executed on Aug. 5 by the Ogle County Narcotics Task Force that resulted in the arrest of two other residents.

ROCHELLE – On Aug. 6 at approximately 2:20 p.m. Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Paul A. Conti, 40, of Rochelle. The arrest was in continuation of the search warrant that was executed on Aug. 5 by the Ogle County Narcotics Task Force that resulted in the arrest of two other residents.
Conti was charged with unlawful possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine (class 1 felony), unlawful possession with intent to deliver fentanyl (class 1 felony), unlawful possession of crack cocaine (class 4 felony), unlawful possession of heroin (class 4 felony), unlawful use of weapons as a felon (class 3), unlawful use of weapons - possession of metal knuckles (class A nisdemeanor) and resisting or obstructing a peace officer (class A misdemeanor).
Conti was confined at the Ogle County Jail awaiting bond to be set by a Judge.
