ROCHELLE — The Rochelle 561 Sluggers 11U baseball team took second place in a Round Robin tournament at the Floyd J. Tilton Sports Complex over the weekend. The 561 Sluggers went 2-1 over three games, defeating Rochelle Rampage 10U  8-0 and Mendota Matadors 11U 3-1 before falling against Dixon Rebels 11U 5-2 in the finals.

The team includes Bentley Etes, Bennett Law, Brayson Bouland, Brecken Bruns, Chase Brown, Cody Cox, Cooper Harris, Dom Escatel, Garrett Miller, Greyson Dettman, Gwen Good, Landon Johnson, Remy Hunley, Roberto Bugarin and Rafael Betancourt. The team is coached by Scott Etes, Manny Lopez and John Cox.
