ROCHELLE — Members of Rochelle Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, are shown with Abraham Lincoln cupcakes to celebrate his birth on Feb. 12, 213 years ago. The chapter hosted Dr. Brian Wills to learn more about personalities and will meet at the Creston Opera House on Saturday, March 12 to host District II Director Dawn Wexell. DAR encourages membership interest by any women aged 18 years or older. Enthusiastic assistance is available to determine eligibility. Genealogy workshops are available upon request.
