Deputies make outstanding warrant arrests

On Jan. 22. the following people were arrested on outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Frank Fenton, 55, of Byron, for domestic battery warrant. Fenton had a bond of $5,000/10 percent applies. Fenton did post the $5,000/10 percent bond and was released from the Ogle County Jail. Fenton has to return for court on Feb. 5 at 10 a.m.
Jay Moore, 45, of Rockford, for failure to appear. Moore was given a bond of $1,630 and was scheduled to return to court on Jan. 24.
John R. Powell, 58, of Polo, for suspended driver’s license. Powell had a bond of $5,000/10 percent applies. Powell went to court and received a $5,000 recognizance bond. Powell was released from the Ogle County Jail and was scheduled to return to court on Jan. 24 at 9 a.m.
Dominic N. Mireles , 37, of Rockford, for driving while license suspended, criminal trespass to residence and obstructing identification. Mireles had a bond of $5,000/10 percent, $5,000/10 percent, and $3,000/10 percent. Mireles was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 23.
Jonathan G. Dalton, 30, of Schaumburg, for failure to appear. Dalton has a bond of $2,159 and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 23.
Andrew J. Wood, 24, of St. Clair, Missouri, for CDL not obtained. Wood had a bond of $5,000/10 percent. Wood was released from the Ogle County jail and Wood will return to court on March 30 at 9 a.m.
Jeffrey M. Plantz, 22, of Dixon, for disorderly conduct and failure to appear. Plantz had a bond of $3,000/10 percent and $516. Plantz did go to court and has a bond of $516. Plantz was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 24.
Kendall Pelt , 47, of Mount Morris, for DUI, domestic battery and bond violation. Pelt has a bond of $100,000/10 percent. Pelt was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 23.
On Jan. 23, Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Amanda Van Oosten, 39, of Mt. Morris, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for driving 11-14 m.p.h. above the limit. Van Oosten has a bond of $3,000/10 percent and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 23.
