ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Hub freshman football team scored a 20-0 shutout win over the Sycamore Spartans in an Interstate 8 matchup on Friday evening. Andrew Eyster rushed for two touchdowns, while Luke Chadwick added one touchdown run in the victory.
Eyster found the end zone on a 6-yard run and a 2-yard run to lead the Rochelle offense. Chadwick's touchdown came on a 6-yard run. Elijah Schweitzer led the defense with seven tackles, while Sebastian Albertson added six tackles and Zachary Johnson totaled five tackles.
