Cliff Smart, Clint Dickey and Jay Byrd were inducted into the Tebala Shriners of Rockford Jan. 23. The Shriners are the world’s largest philanthropy and currently have more than 20 hospitals. All Shriners are Masons. Dickey is currently the Master of the Rochelle Masonic Lodge, of which he has held the position since June 2020.
