Man arrested for driving under influence, no valid license

On Aug. 8, at 12 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Mark A. Heaton, 52, of Tavares, Florida, for driving under the influence, not having a valid driver license and disobeying a traffic control device. He posted $300 bond. His court date is set for Sept. 27.
On Aug. 9, at 3:55 p.m., Rochelle police cited Patricia Turner, 79, of Rochelle, for failure to reduce speed. She issued a promise to comply. Her court date is set for Sept. 27.
On Aug. 10, at 3:57 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Paul A. Gardner, 33, of Rochelle, for domestic battery. He was transported to jail without a set court date.
On Aug. 12, at 3:17 p.m., Rochelle police arrested David L. Echelbarger, 28, of Rochelle, for failure to register. He was transported to jail.
On Aug. 12, at 10:55 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Chris A. Norkus, 39, of Creston, for improper lane usage and driving under the influence. He posted $100 bond. His court date is set for Sept. 27.
