Man arrested for failure to appear

On May 11, Justin Trunko, 21, of Lyons, was arrested for failure to appear. Trunko had a bond of $190 and did post bond. Trunko was released from the Ogle County Jail and does not have to return for court. May 12
On May 12 at approximately 4:47 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 400 block of East Dixon St. After further investigation Jacob Ruter, 30, of Lanark, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Ruter was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
May 13
On May 13, Michael Stottler, 34, of Morrison, was arrested for Probation Violation. Stottler had a bond of $3,000/10 percent. Stottler did post the bond of $3,000/10 percent and was released from the Ogle County Jail. Stottler will return to court on June 8.
On May 13, Ogle County deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Disturbance in the area of IL Rt. 64 and Willow Rd. in rural Mount Morris. After an investigation George Jacovides, 20, of Geneva, was arrested for disorderly conduct, underage consumption of alcohol by a minor and issued a civil citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
On May 13 at approximately 8 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Fowler Rd. and Deer Creek Ln. After further investigation Kenneth Rokicki, 71, of Prophetstown, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended and no valid driver’s license. Rokicki was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
