On Aug. 16, at 8:33 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Xavier S. Thomas, 29, of Rochelle, on a DeKalb County warrant. He was transported to jail.
On Aug. 17, at 2:16 a.m., Rochelle police arrested James M. Hook, 39, of Rochelle, for driving under the influence and resisting a police officer. He posted $100 bond. His court date is set for Sept. 27.

On Aug. 17, at 2:23 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Juan Rodrigues Jr, 40, of Rochelle, for domestic battery. He was transported to jail.
On Aug. 17, at 8:21 p.m., Rochelle police cited Nicholas J. Underhile, 19, of Rochelle, for failure to reduce speed and failure to secure a child under eight. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Sept. 27.
On Aug. 17, at 9:15 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Chiffon S. Felix, 41, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. She was transported to jail.
On Aug. 17, at 11:27 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Vidal R. Mancilla, 27, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He was transported to jail.
