On Feb. 7 at 9:23 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Karl D. Fell, 44, of Rochelle, for criminal sexual assault and obstructing a police officer. He was transported to jail. He currently has no set court date.
On Feb. 8 at 12:22 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Steven M. Huffstatler, 30, of Rochelle, on a both a Lee and Ogle County warrant. He posted both $50 and $494 bond. His court date is set for March 12.
On Feb. 8 at 1:41 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Kyle D. Montgomery, 30, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He was transported to jail.
