On Jan. 17 at 8:31 p.m., Rochelle police cited Predrag Kocic, 32, of Chicago, for not having a valid driver’s license. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Feb. 21.
On Jan. 18 at 8:22 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Sharell F. Garner, 27, of Rochelle, for domestic battery and disorderly conduct. She was transported to jail.
On Jan. 18 at 2:26 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Caryl L. Gonzalas, 62, of Rochelle, on a Whiteside County warrant. She was transported to jail.

On Jan. 19 at 3:40 p.m., Rochelle police cited a 16-year old juvenile, of Rochelle, for failure to reduce speed that resulted in an accident. His court date is set for Feb. 21.
On Jan. 20 at 1:23 p.m., Rochelle police arrested James B. Queen, 43, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He was transported jail.
On Jan. 20 at 6:57 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Annette P. Bennett, 55, of Kanawha West Virginia, for domestic battery. She was transported to jail.
