COLLEGE STATION, Texas — Elissa McKinley and Tylor Hine announce their engagement. Elissa is the daughter of Bill and Nicole McKinley of College Station, Texas, formerly of Rochelle. Tylor is the son of Todd Hine of Twin Falls, Idaho, and Cindy Roeser of Twin Falls, Idaho.
Elissa is the senior manager of cyber security and risk management for Advocate Aurora Healthcare. Tylor is an OR nurse for Advocate Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. The couple is planning a spring 2022 wedding abroad. A reception in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will be held in the summer of 2022.
