City of Rochelle Clerk Sue Messer administered the Oath of Office to two new Rochelle police officers during Monday night’s Rochelle City Council meeting. Trevor Owen received his pin from his wife, Alison. Rogers joined the Rochelle Police Department in 2013 as a dispatcher. She will begin Police Academy training in September. Owen joined the police department as a dispatcher in 2015. He has attended the police academy and has worked as a part-time police officer for an area department.
