ROCHELLE — On Tuesday, O'Reilly Auto Parts in Rochelle hosted its yearly Customer Appreciation Day at its 144 May Mart Drive location. Staff at the location offered free lunch to customers.
"We want to do it to show our thanks," Manager Brent Boubelik said. "Because customers can go anywhere, and when they choose us, we appreciate it. It helps business. We get to give back and people love it."
Boubelik said O'Reilly's sales staff gets an opportunity to get to know customers better on Customer Appreciation Day and other staff members get to make connections as well.
"We love our regular customers," Boubelik said. "We've been able to build some great relationships."
