ROCHELLE — Once the new trash cans arrive under the city’s new trash pickup arrangement, old cans may be used as a recycling can. Stickers can be picked up at City Hall, the RMU Customer Service building or at the Flagg-Rochelle Public Library. Stickers can be placed on your can so the crew knows to collect as recycling. Stickers are free of charge.
