ROCHELLE — On Dec. 12 at 11:05 a.m. Danielle M. Carmichael, 47, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 61 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.
On Dec. 13 at 9:41 p.m. Jamie Diaz-Ruiz, 29, of Byron was cited for speeding 65 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.
On Dec. 13 at 11:13 p.m. Magnolia C. Orona, 20, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license. She was released on a notice to appear with a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.
On Dec. 14 at 10:39 p.m. Christopher P. Hartman, 44, of Villa Park was cited for speeding 90 miles per hour in a 70 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.
On Dec. 14 at 9:08 a.m. Antonio Martinez, 49, of Lee was cited for no insurance. HE signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
