ROCHELLE — On Dec. 15 at 2:11 a.m. Robert French, 48, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On Dec. 15 at 9:31 a.m. Rafael Valencia, 23, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license revoked and cited for speeding 70 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone. He was released with a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 15 at 6:46 p.m. Kimberly D. Hintzsche, 40, of Oregon was arrested for retail theft. She was released on a notice to appear with a Jan. 5 Ogle County court date.

On Dec. 15 at 1:03 p.m. Pablo J. Persomo, 39, of Spring Valley was cited for speeding. He signed a notice to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 15 at 8:20 p.m. Guillermina V. Palmino, 22, of Cicero was arrested for no valid driver’s license.

On Dec. 16 at 9:10 a.m. Jina L. Mulholland, 18, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 54 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 17 at 8:01 a.m. Viridiana Carlin Mendez, 41, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 54 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 17 at 10:25 a.m. Kassie A. Burright, 38, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 48 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 18 at 10:05 p.m. Sohith Tandra, 26, of Moline was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
