ROCHELLE — On Dec. 20 at 1:05 a.m. Caleb A. Foster, 40, of Santa Monica, California was cited for suspended registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.
On Dec. 20 at 4:29 p.m. Angel B. Vazquez, 18, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.
On Dec. 20 at 4:31 p.m. Emmajo R. Sweger, 19, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.
On Dec. 22 at 1:58 a.m. Rueben C. Burgess, 33, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
