On Dec. 28 at 9:31 p.m. Nexae Nonato, 21, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license. He was released on a notice to appear with a Feb. 2 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 29 at 4:43 a.m. Jonathan Bryant, 21, of Rochelle was arrested for public indecency. He was released on a notice to appear with a Jan. 26 Ogle County court date.

On Dec. 30 at 3:59 p.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 31 at 10:33 p.m. Debra M. Argetsinger, 68, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 52 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 31 at 2:50 p.m. Trevor M. Highfill, 34, of Chicago was cited for speeding 55 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 19 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 31 at 8:41 p.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 2 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 31 at 7:18 p.m. Luis M. Esquivel, 29, of Delvan, Wisconsin was arrested for driving while license suspended and an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred. He was given a Feb. 2 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 1 at 1:25 a.m. Roman Saldana-Sotelo, 52, of Belvidere was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant, and for two counts of driving under the influence. He paid $1,346 and was released with a Feb. 2 Rochelle court date. Saldana-Sotelo was also cited for no rear registration light.
