ROCHELLE — On Jan. 2 at 6:36 p.m. Salvador Milan, 38, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 2 Rochelle court date.
On Jan. 3 at 1:10 a.m. James. L. Faustin, 33, of Rockford was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 2 Rochelle court date.
On Jan. 3 at 1:51 p.m. James D. Hill, 66, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.
On Jan. 3 at 12:43 p.m. Jordan P. Myers, 24, of Rochelle was arrested for retail theft. He was given a notice to appear with a Jan. 26 Ogle County court date.
On Jan. 4 at 8:06 a.m. Armando Oretega, 18, of Rochelle was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and improper lane usage. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 2 Rochelle court date.
On Jan. 4 at 10:28 a.m. Mikayla S. Wyatt, 27, of Ashton was cited for failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and improper lane usage. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 2 Rochelle court date.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
