ROCHELLE — On June 18 at 6:58 p.m. Alvaro E. Mireles, 61, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On June 19 at 8:08 a.m. Efrain Lopez-Sanchez, 41, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. He was released on a notice to appear with a July 17 Ogle County court date.

On June 19 at 10:23 a.m. Elizabeth D. Oltman, 23, of Benson was cited for overweight on gross. She was issued a notice to appear with a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 20 at 3:02 a.m. Josue Montoya-Guzman, 29, of Davis Junction was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 19 at 9:04 p.m. Amanda R. Graham, 32, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On June 20 at 10:21 p.m. Larry W. Broadus, 67, of Ottawa was cited for overweight on gross. He was issued a notice to appear with a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 20 at 9:27 a.m. Tamatha I. Wagner, 54, of Leland was cited for overweight on gross. She was issued a notice to appear with a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 20 at 10:11 p.m. Colby E. Johnson, 40, of Davis Junction was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
