On March 1 at 12:37 p.m. Kristina M. Armenta, 37, of Rockford was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. She paid $300 and was released with an April 5 Ogle County court date.

Rochelle Police Report: March 1-3, 2024

ROCHELLE — On March 1 at 12:37 p.m. Kristina M. Armenta, 37, of Rockford was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. She paid $300 and was released with an April 5 Ogle County court date.

On March 1 at 11:47 a.m. Larry G. Harris, 65, of Creston was cited for speeding 50 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 1 at 2:07 p.m. Richard Harris, 58, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 1 at 2:29 p.m. Juan M. Castillo-Flores, 23, of Rockford was arrested for no valid driver’s license. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 1 at 2:59 p.m. Tyree A. Simmons Jr. was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and disobeying a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 1 at 3:35 p.m. Aaron J. Vondergathen, 21, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 63 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 1 at 4:59 p.m. Jessica A. Kerr, 33, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 53 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 1 at 4 p.m. Juan A. Mandujano-Carnash, 27, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 1 at 5:22 p.m. Zachary A. Marney, 29, of Rocjelle was cited for no valid registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 2 at 9:47 a.m. Matea M. Salgado, 23, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 2 at 9:23 a.m. Juan A. Gonzalez, 27, of Kirkland was cited for speeding 60 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 2 at 10:20 a.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Creston was cited for speeding 61 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 2 at 1:43 p.m. Timothy M. Kittle, 51, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 56 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 2 at 4:32 p.m. Kevin M. Piotrowski, 21, of Genoa was cited for speeding 63 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 2 at 4:56 p.m. Eric L. Smith, 34, of Braidwood was cited for disobeying a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 2 at 4:42 p.m. Melisa Martinez, 31, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 2 at 9:19 p.m. Zoe Ujcic, 27, of Rochelle was cited for failure to yield. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 3 at 7:56 a.m. Sandoval Rafael Arroyo, 18, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 50 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 3 at 2:55 p.m. David Escutia, 25, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 48 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.

On March 3 at 6:32 p.m. Lisa A. Kopplin, 54, of Rochelle was arrested on outstanding warrants in Woodford and Ogle Counties and transferred.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
