ROCHELLE — On March 11 at 3:13 a.m. Vincent P. Kuczynski, 24, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.
On March 11 at 7:29 a.m. Craig A. Baker, 36, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.
On March 11 at 11:36 a.m. Veronica A. Philips, 54, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 5 Rochelle court date.
On March 11 at 9:47 a.m. Rebecca P. Schott, 21, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. She paid $1,500 and was released with an April 3 Ogle County court date.
On March 11 at 8:32 p.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County and transferred.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
