On March 12 at 8:53 a.m. Sean Mitchell, 22, of Malta was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.
On March 12 at 2:28 p.m. Jason L. Kruse, 40, of Davenport, Iowa was cited for failure to yield at an intersection. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.
On March 12 at 1:21 p.m. Gary L. Keenan, 34, of Burleson, Texas was cited for speeding 78 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone and operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 26 Rochelle court date.
