Sheriff's deputies make several arrests

On May 22 the following individuals were arrested on Outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Christopher Northrup, 22, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear. Northrup did post $500 full cash for bond and will appear in court on June 16 at 9 am.
Christina Kelchner, 38, of Chana, for Failure to Appear. Kelchner didn’t post $881 full cash for bond and was scheduled to appear in court May 23.
Muzehe Manasse, 23, of Rock Island, for Failure to Appear. Manasse did post $141 full cash for bond and wont appear in court at a later date.
Amy Freeman, 46, of Sterling, for Retail theft. Freeman didn’t post $5,000 (10 percent) for bond and was scheduled to appear in court May 23.
Holly Merson, 38, of Davis Junction, for Domestic Battery. Merson did post $5,000 (10 percent) for bond and will appear in court on June 9.
Casey Phillips, 30, of Millegville, for Failure to Appear. Phillips didn’t post $1,424 full cash for bond and was scheduled to appear in court May 23.
On May 22 Ogle County Deputies checked on a vehicle that was parked illegally in the 1500 block North Mulford Road. After an investigation Anthony Jaques of DeKalb and a juvenile passenger were arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Cannabis. Jaques was also issued a parking citation. Jaques and the juvenile were transported to the Ogle County Jail. There the juvenile was released to a parent and will have to attend a future court date. Jaques was held on the charge and will brought before a judge before bond is set.
May 23
On May 23 the following individuals were arrested on outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Andrew Fowkes, 23, of Prophetstown, for Failure to Appear. Fowkes didn’t post $513 full cash for bond and was scheduled to appear in court May 24.
Kelly Morrison, 32, of Rockford, for Failure to Appear. Morrison didn’t post $3,448 full cash for bond and will appear in court on May 26.
Lisa Petersen, 55, of Rockford, for Battery. Petersen didn’t post $3,000 (10 percent) for bond and will appear in court on May 26.
Cruz Lara, 26, of Rockford, for Petition to Revoke. Lara didn’t post $25,000 (10 percent) for bond and will appear in court on June 1.
Sandra Garcia, 22, of Rochelle, for Driving While License Suspended. Garcia did post $3,000 (10 percent) for bond and w
