ROCHELLE — Following a disturbance at a local restaurant Tuesday evening, Ogle County deputies arrested a Florida man.
Deputies, along with the Rochelle ambulance, were called to Grubsteakers, IL Route 251 and IL Route 64, at 8:43 p.m. in response to a stabbing.

Upon arrival, deputies located a man bleeding profusely from a stab wound to the leg and immediately provided medical attention. A second male, identified as William Shively, 36, of Ocala, Florida, was on scene and had minor injuries. He was taken into custody.
A female was also involved in the altercation with Shively and also sustained injuries.
All three subjects were transported to Rochelle Community Hospital and treated for their injuries.
After further investigation, Shively was charged with aggravated battery, criminal damage to property and battery. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
