On Jan. 15 at 8 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Oscar A. Milan, 28, of Rochelle, for failure to register as a sex offender. He was transported to jail.
On Jan. 9 at 4:05 p.m., Rochelle police cited Todd M. Henry, 33, of Oregon, for passing a school bus. His court date is set for Feb. 21.

On Jan. 14 at 10:20 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Alexander K. Salinas, 22, of Rochelle, for disorderly conduct. He posted an I-Bond. His court date is set for Feb. 21.
On Jan. 15 at 8:23 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Michael D. Kosche, 53, of Rochelle, for violation of bond condition. He was transported to jail.
On Jan. 16 at 8:49 a.m., Rochelle police cited Leo S. Bauby, 81, of Steward, for operating a vehicle with expired registration. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Feb. 21.
On Jan. 16 at 5:45 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Jacob L. Hoskins, 25, of Rochelle, for parking in a handicapped spot with no placard. He posted I-Bond. His court date is set for Feb. 21.
On Jan. 16 at 10:05 Rochelle police arrested Eric Galvin, 27, of Rochelle, for obstructing a peace officer. He posted $100 bond. His court date is set for Feb. 14.
