ROCHELLE — Several local officials in Rochelle attended an open house at Unity Hospice April 18.
The hospice agency held the event and ribbon cutting ceremony to showcase their newest facility on Caron Road. Food, refreshments, giveaways, and music were provided in the community room.
Mayor Chet Olson welcomed the guests and thanked Unity Hospice for their reinvestment into the community. The agency serves many counties in Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri.
“I would like to thank Unity Hospice. The finished product is beautiful…thank you to all involved and the contractors for a job well done,” Olson said. “The services Unity provides are welcoming and comforting. We wish them continued success.”
