ROCHELLE — Rochelle Police Department officers charged a Creston woman with driving under the influence after her car got stuck on the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe railroad tracks and was struck by a passing train Thursday night.
No one suffered any injuries, but Natalie Fenwick, 36, of Creston, was arrested for DUI following the incident.
