On Oct. 28, Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Chelsea Boyer, 29, of Oregon, at the Ogle County courthouse. Boyer was arrested on an outstanding warrant for driving under the influence. She was unable post bond and appeared in court on Oct. 29 at 1 p.m.
On Oct. 30, Martin Dean, 56, of Rockford, for a driving while license suspended warrant. Dean received a $3,000 recognizance bond and was released from the Ogle County Jail. Dean will return back for court on Nov. 8 at 1 p.m.
