On July 16, at 2:24 p.m., Rochelle Police arrested Ray Lee Moore, 68, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He posted a recognizance bond. His court date is set for July 31.

On July 16, at 7:09 p.m., Rochelle Police arrested Samuel I. Anaya, 37, of Rochelle, for domestic battery. He was transported to jail.

On July 17, at 12:44 p.m., Rochelle Police arrested Eddie Lee Barbee, 36, of Paw Paw, for an Ogle County and a LaSalle County warrant. He was transported to jail.
